Driver Recognition
We recognize our drivers are valuable assets to our organization and live by our perfect quality, perfect delivery, and perferct service pledge to our customers. To demonstate our appreciation, we offer our full time employee drivers and our owner operator drivers a yearly driver appreciation day at our headquarters in San Diego, Ca.
Driver Safety
Safety on our highways, customer lots, and truckstops throughout the United States is a main focal point for our organization. Each year, we provide safety training to our full-time drivers and owner operators. Additionally, we promote and encourage safety throughout Lane to Fame program, where we recognize and reward our drivers for accident free miles.
Our Royalty Club program is based on the number of accident free miles our drivers drive and is divided into five levels:
- Level I: 100,000 Mile Club
- Level II: 250,000 Mile Club
- Level III: 500,000 Mile Club
- Level IV: 750,000 Mile Club
- Level V: 1,000,000 Mile Club
* Drivers who reach the 1,000,000 Mile Club will have their name engraved on a plaque, which is placed at our headquarters main lobby. They will also receive a special certificate of recognition, and cash bonus.
During our driver appreciation event, we recognize our drivers who have completed 12 months of accident free driving and have no lost truck time more than seven days. We present our drivers with a recognition certificate, safe driving shirt, and a cash bonus.
